Stage B Instructions

1. Participate in an ACS Educational Activity

Participate in one or more brief educational activities related to the area(s) you choose to improve

2. Plan Your ACS Performance Improvements

Submit a brief practice improvement plan stating how your performance will change

3. Implement Your Plan

Over the next 90 days, implement your improvement plan with new patients admitted for ACS to demonstrate your behavior change over a consistent period of time

4. Attest

After three months, submit a brief statement indicating that you practiced your improvements

Stage B Complete: Print Your 5-Credit Certificate

Accreditation/Designation Statements: Med-IQ is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Med-IQ designates this activity for a maximum of 20.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
